By accessing this website or purchasing tickets to Submerge Monday events, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Event Attendance
Submerge Monday is an adult-only event (18+). Valid photo ID may be required on entry. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry at their discretion, including for failure to comply with the dress code or house rules.
2. Dress Code
Fetish, alternative, and creative attire is required. Smart casual will be refused at the door. The dress code exists to maintain the event's atmosphere and protect the community space.
3. Consent & Conduct
All attendees must respect the consent and boundaries of others at all times. Harassment, non-consensual contact, or behaviour that endangers others will result in immediate removal from the venue and may be reported to the police.
4. Tickets & Refunds
Tickets are sold via Ticketor and are subject to Ticketor's own terms and conditions. Submerge Monday does not offer refunds except where an event is cancelled by the organisers. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and refunds processed via the original payment method.
5. Photography & Recording
Photography and recording within the venue is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the organisers. This policy exists to protect the privacy and safety of all attendees.
6. Liability
Submerge Monday and SW-E15 accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property at events. Attendees enter the venue at their own risk. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of content. Links to third-party sites (including Ticketor) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
